Frequently Asked Questions

Is my patient’s measurement data backed-up and is it secure?

Yes. All Medda’s products, including My Growth Charts, are HIPAA compliant. Our servers are redundant and databases backed-up in a secure off-site location.

What are the minimum system requirements for My Growth Charts?

Mostly all you need is internet access. A few of our packages require a bit more, but that is why we ask that you request a quote and we will guide you through it.

What happens if I exceed the max users or max patients?

When you reach the maximum number of users or max patients, you simply won’t be able to add more until you delete one or upgrade. You can upgrade by going to your My Account tab.

What is patient eSharing and is it secure?

The health of a Patient often relies on how well the person participates in their own health care plan. This is also critical for parents with a sick child. So we provide an opportunity to share this tool collaboratively and securely. If you choose to use this feature, it is easy and utilizes the familiarity of Facebook with the protection of a secure web application.

What if I have a question or run into a problem?

We pride ourselves on technical customer service. Call or E-mail with any questions and we will normally respond within 1-2 business days.
We are not physicians and do not claim to be, so we regret that we will not be able to assist with medical related questions. We recommend asking the percentile data sources cited, the percentile data questions.

Where can I find source of percentile data?

All charts within My Growth Charts are labeled and cited according to the source of percentile data.

How does it work if I want to upgrade/change/cancel my account?

Go to My Account tab and click the change account button, choose the type you want and click save. You will be asked to verify billing information and then your account will be upgraded. Changes and renewal cancellations can be made here as well.
